So so nice!! Thank you to whomever stepped up! So many possibilities with that milled aluminum. My anodizing buddies would be able to make that any color imaginable.

Hmmm. A 2 piece shell with the steel sleeve should work. Like you said, finding a way to remove the old rubber might require some ingenuity!

PROTHANE makes the urethane bushings I’ve used in my VW’s. Gotta be a way of replacing just that bushing and sleeve easily.
I know it’s above 70. Maybe 90 duro.

I e been involved in vintage VW’s for year’s and there are many aftermarket manufacturers making anything and everything for them. Can’t be much of a stretch to make some Buell parts...
I have a new one, but an aftermarket supplier would be great. I know the guys in the Netherlands made a nice CNC Aluminum prototype, but I don’t think it got past that stage. There HAS to be a way...
