Thanks Barrett, Picked one up from Harley on my way home last night and installed it.
Have a VSS Code 43 this morning. I believe this part # is 74402-05B. This is probably a common Harley Part #. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent automotive part #?
I have been running E3 plugs since December, and so far they have been good during the winter, even though it will be 70 ° today. So I can say they have been good winter and Spring.
The Energy One clutch is doing great so far. I also replaced the primary chain and adjuster shoe while I was in there.
My Ulysses did this when the big o ring on FPR was blowing out slowly. I can only guess that it was passing fuel on the sensor and did not indicate a low fuel light until the tank was completely...
Thanks for the info Barret, will support the community here and order it this payday. It is a complete kit as well including the tool.
Thanks Kurlon,
Looks great and most likely last the rest of my lifetime. Where you able to actually run this nccr clutch pack?
Clutch slipped for the 1st time, the bike has 76K miles on original clutch. Needs to be replaced soon and looking at the options.
Seen this clutch kit at SPHD:

I'll throw one your way, Thank You as well. I appreciate the people on this forum, and sometimes entertaining as well.
This job is done! Rode to work today in stop n go rush hour, and and it is running real good! Thanks for the help Cooter.
I have removed the throttle body. Noticed the flange bolts, all 4 of them, felt like they were torqued to 100ft lbs. The Buell manual says these should be between 96 - 120 in lbs, which is about 8-10...
Thank You DamMechanic! Great that he has one! Maybe I should fly up to Portland, hijack my brother's GS1200, I have done that before, and ride out to pick it up. Ah, I can only wish....
Thank You! I have found your thread from May 2023. Thank You again.
Thanks Cooter,
I planned on rotating the motor, but these videos look interesting. Thanks again.
These parts are the latest parts listed with Harley, that is what I was told at Blackgold H-D.

Thanks Cooter.
Hello Cooter,
I am getting an invalid link on the first one below for the pressure gauge, and a shift lever for the second link.
Hypefxx you can put a fuel pressure gauge on it, should read 50psi, sometimes it is intermittent though which is a real PIA. I think someone on here made a T connector and was reading the gauge while...
Wow, thanks DamMechanic.
The kit helps enough that I want one especially this summer in Tx. It also keeps the dust, dirt, rain, road grit, insects, off my ECM, battery, and out of the belly pan. Just some of the reasons.......
Ha Ha! Well this is my 3rd Uly, and it does not have a comfort kit or heated grips like my first 2 already came with them. Thanks.....
Anyone know where to get a comfort kit? SPHD sells only a right side scoop for over $200, remember when the whole kit was about $125. I do like those under the seat side vents, do not see them...
