Yes its in the same place as a XB, just a little different mounting plate pump etc.

About normal for the belt (on the 1125's) just depends how its been driven up to that 7k miles. Mine was missing teeth at 4500ish miles.
As for the fuel pump hopefully that actually is the issue....
When mine started doing something similar it went from dying every so often to absolutely un-rideable.
I ended up having to pull the fuel injectors and clean them along with a brand new set of...
Diag mode shows fuel pressure. They shouls be able to tell from that. And doesnt sound like they have, more just guessing.
I still say iac and plugs

any cel's? press and hold mode and toggle then turn the key on to enter diagnostics. I had a similar issue awhile back ended up cleaning the iac. injectors and replacing both plugs before resolving...
