Yes, it should in most cases being that the Buell master cylinder is Japanese.

It should, had a firebolt too, but did not do this mod. I would take a measurement of the steering at full cock and compare it to the master cylinder you want to use.

The R6 is a 16mm, vs the buell which is probably closer to a 14mm. The pivot point is better giving you more leverage on the pull.
