Mostly just unbolt and rebolt. You have to reroute somethings to make it all fit correctly. It helps to have a picture of Firebolt with the plastics off so you know where every thing goes.

Thanks. It took me a year but I'm happy with the look now. I just got as a gift from my old boss a nice paint gun so the paint job will be redone soon but should look some what the same.

Turns out that there were two wires touching each other on the fuelpump.

I have a 2000 Blazer ZR2 4x4.
I live on the third floor.
I would also be using it about once a month to travel home. (50 miles)

I go to College and live at a apartment complex that doesn't allow trailers. I have needed to bring my bike to a shop a couple of times without a way to get it there. I found this towing option and...

I gave up this morning and took it to Xtech. They always do work on this bike when I can't handle it. I'll post what they find.

Welds look like junk. And you print that off and take measurements and bring it to any good muffler shop they could make you a straight pipe slip on. And it should be less than $200

Battery wasn't the problem. I have had the battery tender on for 6 hours and with the tender on start mode the same thing happens.

The battery is almost exactly a year old.

Dusty I would also like to see pics.
I'm leaving the bike on the tender today to see if that helps. If it does then it is just a bad battery.

Where is the 30amp battery fuse?

Replaced the Ign replay and same thing happens. As soon as the kill switch is on there is 3 sec. of flickering and then pop. the fuse blows.

Ok, so the ignition fuse was blown. I had one spare 15. I replaced it and turn on the bike and kill switch. As soon as the kill switch was turned on the fuel pump primed, but was weak and the lights...

It was just like I hit the kill switch actually.
When you turn the key on the gauges cycle, when you turn on the kill on the fuel pump does prime. Nothing happens when you hit the starter.
