I'm forwarding that to her right now:loyal: LOL, thats pretty funny.
I'm also Lead Engineer for Team Backmarker Racing, so she better start checking her own bolts:anonymous:
I can't wait for the Championship dinner this year. We race everything we can and place pretty well, we wrapped up several 2023 trophies even with the races so full of small bikes and big talent. I...
We had a discussion about 100% aggression vs. aggression with timing, and sure it was a little quiet on the ride home... but I love this girl and am just so dang proud of her....
CRA did a great job of smashing as many races as they could into one day and expected to not be able to race at all on Sunday so we sent it HARD, both dropping lap times and getting personal bests...
ROUND 2!!!! (and the final championship points round for 2023, long story).
I could never have expected the way this weekend went....
You should build something to put it in too, like a snowblower, or a VW bug, or a go cart! What would be sick to have 100hp V-twin in?
Totally, yes. Eric and the Buell motor minions did such a good job of squeaking out max power out of that 50's engine architecture that Buell has been the cheat code for Sportster power for a long...
How DARE you call me names!
:black_eyed:
Keep us posted! It would make a cool coffee table base either way:)
I think its a Buell thing? There always a box of extras:black_eyed: I came up on a sweet Buell branded watch in its original box! Even looked un-worn to me. Pretty sweet:)

Barrett is totally right (as usual;)) If you do replace the dash, be aware the odometer reading is contained in the dash itself, so find one with the closest reading you can. There is no re-set for...
Nice! If they're bright enough, it's a good upgrade:cool:

I heard they're the new Tesla tire?
Never tried them personally but hearsay says they're pretty good. OP, give them a shot and let us know?
Heck yes it does!:eagerness: And you don't need a full on TD tire for a relaxed track day, but if its a Conti, it better be a warm day....
Been looking for pics, but my sister() had a super...
They're still Pirellis, and as such, they do communicate well before their limits of traction. Not the Dunlop amazing stick stick stick WHOAAA! (See the race thread). Ok Ok a fine street tire, but I...

Yup!...
Ah, I misunderstood the class. Explains why I don't have any, lol.
You're definitely playing with the big dogs, and whats a better way to improve than that! I find Buells are well received in the...
Sure! Re-building it yourself could be a satisfying project. They are one of the simplest MC engines to do, not counting anything 2-stroke:cool:
But IMO, go stock or the mighty 'might-as-wells'...
Those flashers work fine. So does this:

I'm not that particular about tires, but still 100% concur with that assessment of Dunlops vs Pirelli. Recently have had some supplier issues causing me to swap back and forth on the last couple...
Huh? Massive companies don't make some crap products:confused:
All I'm saying is going the cheap option because you 'can't afford it' is a terrible way to make decisions. Look at the WHOLE...
They'll last three times longer than those cheap Conti's. And be better the whole time. Up to you:up:
There is no half-assing an engine with a missing piston.
For parts, or total teardown only.
Sorry you got hosed:(
Yep. You should be able to screenshot and post them too.
