I did this a while back, and it was straight plug-and-play. They only wickering I had to do was to find someplace to mount the ballast. Well worth the effort.
If I remember correctly, early in the XB's life, both the frame and swingarm were cast by Brembo; Buell eventually took over that process and is having it cast elsewhere now.
I highly recommend Carolina Coast HD in Wilmington, but it is a bit of a drive. Ray Price in Raleigh is closer, but not as good of a shop.
