Interested if the dents aren't too bad. Do you have pics?
A few days ago, I had started the engine and it was idling for about 30 seconds. Then I heard a crunch sound and then the oil pressure light started to flicker.
I turned it off, removed the oil...
That particular ADX file uses Linux end-of-line markers. Windows and Linux use different markers to indicate new lines (EOL). Windows = CR/LF, Linux = LF. Windows notepad doesn't properly...
A different way for you to learn about the various config settings and live data is to look at the Tunerpro RT v5 .xdf and .adx files for Buell:

Live data stream shows you total fuel length in ms - what is driven to the injectors after all overrides are factored in.
Look at the fuel cell for a given load/rpm. The values are uS/58 or uS/50,...

The service manual recommends propane for intake leak detection. But reading what you said about the AFV with the "race" map (I missed that part earlier), then it doesn't add up. Can't hurt to rule...
The ECM is adding ~10-15% fuel in just about all areas that you logged. Even idle, which is closed loop, was quite lean. I wouldn't expect stock vs aftermarket exhaust or air filter to affect the...
Sorry - I don't have the Hawk exhaust.

Unless there is blockage, pump priming would have occurred when you cranked the engine with no plugs.
Have you checked the oil pressure sensor wire/connector? I believe a grounded sensor wire...

Good advice provided above. I'd be happy to take a look at the datalog, if you are willing to work with suggestions. Will likely need the current EEPROM (not just fuel maps) as well for comparison...
Your question has answers, but the first steps towards those answers is to define what a person means by "race map"? What was this race map's origin, for what purpose was it created, and how exactly...
It was in the "Ask Abe" section of Fuell®, Fall 2007. As explained by Abe Askenazi - Director of Analysis, Test, and Engineering Process at Buell:
