You should be able to use all the factory bolts,tail light assembly so you should just need the undertray,sidrails and the seat....maybe a new seat latch cable? it might be a little long or you could...

The swap truned out fine before i crashed it! there are some things that dont go the greatest though.... there are more wires that run back to the seat area on the S's than the R's i made a coulpe...
