They can be repaired. Drain, fill with water, and fire up the spitznagel gun. I've heard they are double walled anyway, but never checked for myself.

You're gonna want a SS, STT, or Uly for the added suspension travel if you are even thinking of anything off-pavement.
The SS and STT are identical except for some of the plastics, handguards, and the tall single seat.
