Careful when replacing it. All '03-'07 XB are not the same. Shifter seal size comes to mind, eh 34:19?:black_eyed:
9 or 12 won't matter, heres one for $72....

Lots of expensive bits, big and little, in the front of a Uly. I might have a cluster, and wow, maybe a headlight assembly? I'll go look and see what I have.
Agreed! It explains the amount of motorcycles I currently have:upset:
I didn't mean that as a personal shot John, hope you didn't take it that way. Your stuff is plenty nice and an exception to my comments.
OP: Opinions vary. Ultimately, only you know whats best for...
I warned you it was a drug!
Then I gave you the drug.
Sorry?:anonymous:
I said this a millionty times but, none of the XB-X/S/Scg will be different heat-wise:( That gap in the seat that heats your thigh is the exhaust for the cooling fan and engine cooling airflow so...
Yes. you can replace the primary cover or if you are handy there is a repair kit. It is called the clutch ramp.
You can use the same ECMSpy you have, to see what your O2 sensor is doing.
Pretty soon you'll be on an R/3 at AMP:black_eyed:
Sounds like a win to me too:eagerness:
Sometimes you need to change the COMM port when adapting odd hardware like you have, to work with something else. Pushr0d is right, contact the source.:eagerness:
Interesting thing going on here. I'm sure you're fine to ride with the 3 quarts of capacity added, and I'm far from a Oil-Level-Nazi (close is fine) but its a curious case. Perhaps an extra thorough...
Looks like the Melvin advertising budget has enough to buy Roland Sands for at least 50 seconds;)

I guess it was the Mesa one then? The property is huge! Theres even a whole test/learners track section in the parking lot.
Been to Scottsdale too and ya it has all that Barber, theatre, stuff, but...
They have an Eagle Rider in Chandler, in that MASSIVE H-D dealer near you. We got a RoadGlide and a Softail to rip around with Ol' 34:19 on his V-rod. Great day!
Bubbles and I do the Club thing...
It's a very common thing to do on a motorcycle and thats a big change for being so easy to do:eagerness: Did you notice any change at all in handing or ride?
My only caution for future readers of...
You're a nozzle.
Bummer about the trip! It looked so cool I was gonna drag ol' 34:19 out for a ride next time I'm in PHX with a free day. Lots of Eagle Rider credits to burn.
It's gonna take a LOT of "seepage" to...
Thanks so much for checking for us Barrett. It's much more likely that my bike has been messed with than the parts directory is wrong and wasn't corrected all this time.
Great, one more thing to...
I'd run it. Opinions will vary.
Hey Barrett, since you're in the parts book;) Whats the breakdown for the pinch bolts for all the different swing arm styles? He didn't say what year his XT was... why is it different than my '08 Ss?
LOL, totally:) and sorry. It's a foreign language that takes awhile to learn. I assume most of the wives feel that way when we talk cars/bikes with the boys:angel:

Powdercoat is a much better option IMO. Easily done with a hobby Eastwood kit in a toaster sized oven.
The epoxy should last a lot longer in that high wear area. I'd high temp mask off the teeth...
Totally agree^^^^^ The canned tunes are all pretty good and close enough for the ECM to self-adjust (if you're lucky enough to know the source and not have to deal with corrupted or mystery ones)....
Thank you for this post. It's important to let our differences aside to enjoy what these brave men and women gave so much for us. Really brings perspective to the little complaints we have.
