It's header wrap. Cuts down the heat thrown off by the headers. Do a search for header wrap and you'll find a few write ups on installing it.

I emailed Trojan Horse last week and asked if it was possible to buy only a right side low profile scoop. As opposed to having to get the pair. No response.
