So it was just pointed out to me that I made a mistake.
My first line should have read, "The bike now has the shock, kickstand, forks, and triple tree off of a 2008 Buell XB12SCG with <9k miles on...
Dropping the price to $4900 until October 11th and then it's just going to get garaged until the Spring.
Yes it is. With the suspension and the low seat I purchased it is technically a SCG.
Since I can't edit this at this time and upon reading it over I figured I'd update something. I copied/pasted this from a "feeler" a couple of months back. The codes were 15, 16, and 21. Code 15 was...

17500+ miles
The bike now has the shock, kickstand, forks, and triple tree off of a 2008 Buell XB12S with <9k miles on it. I found someone looking to raise their bike on...
The bike still has the SCG stuff on it as well as a brand new Low seat. I've added bar ends as well since posting these pics. This is what it looks like now.

Sorry for the delays I barely come here now.
Yes it is although the seat is gone and it has a LOW seat (to fit the SCG look).
I've also put on bar end mirrors, removed the wind protectors (or...
It's @ $300 and ends Wednesday.

Glad you're okay man!
I'm happy that both you and your wife will be okay and although the insurance company is %^&*ing with you at the end of the day you have your wife there by your side and that is more important than...
Hi I was just wondering if this only works on RT or does it work on the free version too?
Nice to see people caring about others.
You don't even need a "can", just plug it with a bolt and drain it every so often.

Hi again 07. What I meant was I didn't know where the main fuse was so I googled and it came up with that description but I can't find anything that fits that description near my battery.
"The main power fuse is right next to the battery it is a square fuse like the pic below it is in a large enclosed in-line red fuse holder."
That is about all I've found though don't see anything...
This read made me smile.
Excellent job (though I'm 2 years late lol).
PS: Not resurrecting old threads but this was linked in a new one.
What is considered to be the "main" fuse? *embarrassed look*
It is completely tight to the battery terminal and also there are a few negative wires grounded all to the same spot on the subframe.
So your positive terminal screw got red hot too?
If so it now...

My battery won't stay charged and the positive terminal gets so damn hot it burned my finger lol.
I've checked fuses and the grounds mounted to the sub frame.
I can't seem to find out...
+1 Alex for the pics and helpful insight, glad you bith have your bikes running.
I'm glad that not only was he okay but you and everyone else too.
If you all were riding on the road why did the person in the car obviously stop first and put the car in reverse?
You can buy one for under $120 shipped and then sell your S or maybe even save it for long trips for comfort.
I'm sorry for the loss of your friend and I wish the family strength to get through this.
PM sent.
I just ordered one from this place last night since I didn't want to buy the stuff to make my own.
