All though the price seems a bit steep for bolts I located the part number in case anyone else needed it. Seems most places are charging 3 bucks a piece.

I went with the BDL Falcon SPC Rear Drive Belt------PART # BDL-SPC-128-118 and it fit nicely. As you can see from my post in this thread...everyone inspect your belts occasionally :)
In terms of visual inspection I would look for similar wear and tear. These pictures were from the belt I just took off my bike.

Thanks guys! The belt has some damage to it. Has a crack starting to form in the middle of the top side of the belt. Looks like something hit it...maybe a rock.
