I don't care. **** facebook and get off my lawn. I'm still here to add content and snark to a weird brand...
Because you said this:
then there is NO issue with clutch dragging, that commonly causes your issue.
Replace the shift star, lever/roller, and spring. Perhaps the detent is worn, the roller...
Again. Unrelated, and something it's been doing the whole time you've owned it.
Sorry buddy, the honest truth is that you don't even have enough experience to communicate clearly or follow...
No read, no problem.
If it runs on starting fluid only, you are probably right, it's not getting gas. When you drained the tank and put in fresh gas, you also flushed the fuel rail, right? Or did you just turn it on and...
Wait a sec.
You mean I shouldn't be torquing my o-ringed drain plug into an aluminum hole, to 26 FOOT pounds!? I'm not dumb! It's what the manual said! I had a foot on the swingarm and a breaker...
Your oil light is on (key on, engine off), and the light shuts off when it's running!?!
That is a definite clear sign that you need to find a mechanic. Because you aren't one.

Meh, run 'em.
The SM instructions align with what our esteemed Barrett laid out for you and are for assembly, they will rotate when in use anyway so...
Put them back in carefully though,...
My darn crystal ball is on the fritz again:(
You have looked at the engine. We haven't. So.....how about some pics? Clear. Close up. Like you want someone to see the details through the bong...

A rubber Scorpion would fit
Got to be new? Theres 3 on eBay right now. EBR rotors come in 5mm and 6mm. Either will bolt on fine and won't make a difference on the street. I would HIGHLY recommend the EBR race hardware kit. Have...
IMO, I would diagnose the problem and fix the problem before I spend money on a tune.
Look at fuel pressure under load. (49psi). Common for a clogged fuel filter or worn pump on a 14 year old...
But don't the tunes you find for free on the internet fix EVERYTHING?!?
As a recovering 'tune-everything!' addict I concur with the IDSpd.com above.
If it runs fine, leave the tune alone, and ride it.
If it runs bad, leave the tune alone, FIX IT, and ride it.
Ok, finally. Thank you. Thats an answer we can move forward with.
I'm assuming 'No spark on BOTH cylinders while its cranking over healthily and quickly'
So we're gonna go one step down the path,...
You spent about 10 hours of labor and $300+ in parts and have never even bothered to look at what the problem might be!?! Is this real? Are you trolling us?
Have you spent enough money and time yet to actually want to find the problem? It's not the sensor. It's not how you lined it up. But here ya go anyway.
Yes, there are many, many, ways to align...
