That would be my suggestion. Take it to a dealer to tell you what's wrong. If is something you can do then do it yourself, if not have the buell experts do it.

Different technology than the buells, but not slow by any means. The SV650 has less power and is wicked fast for a 650. Seems pretty interesting.

I personally dont like bags(other than removeable tank bags as mentioned above) on buells or other bikes for that matter.
