Update.. EBR parts arrived . It's torn down and rotor is off to machine shop for modz.. should be up and running by Thursday ish.. BUELL'ON..

Yes, did the reset.. it seems if it's cold out,say in the 40's the bike is stubborn to start. .If that happens that's when the bike runs like ****..but if I reset the throttle process, it then runs...

Use a pressurized bleeder kit / vacuum unit.. I use it on Harleys all the time...
I was told that a power commander will not STACK properly to the ecm.. you will waste your money and time.. I personally went with the EBR Race ecm programed to my rt5 exhaust. . FYI
