If it is a 12 and has a 9 primary, it should be aprox 4mph slower then indicated. if it is a 9 with a 12 primary it will be about 4mph faster.
I might have tried it long ago,except I searched the web and didnt find a sport radial in that size,they were all bias or touring tires.Unless you want a rear tire.
If its a 12, when your tach is at 3000 your speedo should read just short of 62mph.and if so, it can be within 1 to 2 mph depending on actual rear tire diameter,or analog tach.
