All you need to remove a wheel is a couple of allen wrenches, 3/8" ratchet with 6" extension and a spark plug socket.

I buy wheels , new, e-bay for 250$. I've bought 3 rears and 3 fronts for 150, new, with bearings
Everything matters. If it's bad enough buy a new wheel. If it's not bad use stud and bearing mount.
I find it interesting the procedure isn't the same for the front wheel after a bearing replacement.
