I can 't recommend to use the 35T sprocket on the XB, there is no slack in the chain. Hard to slide over the shafts even with 2 people. And the tensioner has nothing to do anymore ;)

Okay, I already found out. So just for the next one who makes the same mistake:
The tuber crankshaft sprocket has 35 teeth (so does the one I have).
The one you need has 34 teeth, from the XB9. ...
Goodmorning,
I want a XB9 primary on my XB12 for more grunt and less top end.
A friend of mine has a lot of parts lying around, so I took a crankshaft sprocket and a chain. We were both pretty...
I buy them from the Dutch dealer of Hel. Very easy to specify how you want it made.
:eagerness: :eagerness:
I understand!
A new, longer brake line is already ordered. I have bought good quality brake lines from Hell Performance. I don't know if you know them.
I have checked the reservoir also, it is...
Thanks! I will change the brake line. Why do you need so much overlength? I agree it is to short now, but I thought just to add 1 or 1,5 inch.
More is better in this case?
With unloaded suspension,...
Don't know how to make the pictures bigger.
Thanks for all the help with this mod. I really like this one. Next winter: XB9 primary in my XB12 (shorter ratio) and make the transmission cover black...
Don 't know how to upload pictures?
The bushing has the following dimensions:
Total length: 16,3 mm of which 5,3 mm has a diameter of 7,5 mm to go in the hole of hand guard.
The rest has a...
Just started with this mod, first the simple things, so I have a new front brake rotor and the ZTL2 caliper is on.
The EBR radial master cylinder is on the handlebar too. I had ordered the set-up...

Everytime I buy one with Celsius, I receive an email after a few days that it is sold...
I thought I was untill you asked me.
My voltage meter is in sight while riding and it saved me walking home.
Not saying that I'm trying to save money, but I don't like to pay a lot more than necessary. And I get your point about developing. And yes, Martin (over here, we call him Bud) is a great guy, last...
Sorry mr Cooter, just thought you send the clutch master on purpose. Maybe interchangeable? But apparantly not. And a lot of people in the Netherlands do not like to buy from Twin. Their prices are...
I think you mean temperature? Voltage is metric and imperial the same.
But thanks, I missed the F in 'Thermometer F'
I'll keep looking for this. I love my voltage display, but temperature would...
Maybe because I'm from the Netherlands?
Because when I open the links earlier in this thread, I can't see anything.
But this is a screenshot from the item I have sent:

I already have...
Thank you very much!
That EBR master cylinder sounds great, I would like to have a radial MC because a lot of people are praising the feel.
Cooter, you have send me the link of the clutch...
Is like this one?
...
Did this last year. I like it especially when your accelerating over rough roads! I have 16 clicks and I use the middle one.
Hi guys,
I have an '05 XB12S for 8 years now. Every year, I do an upgrade in the winter. I have a Brembo P34 hidden caliper with Brembo MC on the rear, handguards, all black, shortened tail,...
Thanks, I will have a look
I tried some other signals, but gave up on the gear indicator.
Thanks for the support, I'll stick around this forum, so much info
Okay, that would cause a problem yes. But I use the signal from ECM to the speedometer, not the signal from sprocket sensor to the ECM. Which signal would you recommend to use?
Okay, thank you. Then I don't have to try changing the tachometer wire to the crank signal wire.
I have a manual with the indicator and I know it works, otherwise first and second would go wrong as...
