Never saw that one. It's slightly different then the one that my bike had, but mainly where the cover bolts attach. Shouldn't make a difference on how it mounts up though.

I saw the carbon cover on there. But I don't think it's got the back mounting plate that attaches to the carb. And I don't know the condition of the filter on mine (or even if it's still around) But...
