uk riders with this problem can get the header pipes ceramic coated by a company in london zircotec
this will remove almost all thr heat reasonably priced to at: £40 per foot bases on 2" pipes...

Are there any other ulysses riders, UK based on this site as most of the users seem to be in the USA. So most of the places,part outlets and such are a little out of the way living in lincolnshire.

Right then, the tech has changed the coils and fitted new plugcaps. Apparently the earlier leads rub through, but the new type are better protected and more watertight. The caps can lose there grip...

I to have this issue however i have read on here it does change the the speed at which it becomes unstable 85-95mph instead headstock damper is a good investment. have a good trip keep us posted at...

as the uly is so stable most of the time including two up it's not necessary to put a foot down at lights, junction with a little practise try 0.5mph & trail brake

I made the ajustment to suit rider weight, But the point was the engine when reved squats transfering weight to the rear, so a stiffer shock set to rider weight surely would be benificial?
