jornum, fyi, you can deactivate the motion sensor, and just have the unit triggered by your existing scorpion alarms aux output.

dont think this is the 77pin, that would just reset the clock randomly (as it did mine). sounds like the voltage regulator or the alternator. alternator is expensive, but the regulator is about £70...

thanks fletch, turned out to be a break where one cable runs down the loom from the battery, and near the headstock, splits into 3, 2 run to the ignition, and 1 up to the console as the "keep alive"...

my dealer had a similar problem with my uly when they swapped the ECM out. they put it down to firmware version on the new ECM. i had an '06 model, and apparently, the firmware on the new ECM wasnt...

did the airflow kit not help? this was standard on later models

try the airflow kit that came standard on the 2007 onwards model. it directs heat away from the inside of your thigh. mine nearly burned off early on. ~£20 from a dealer, and problem sorted for hot...

No, not doing the TPS resets myself. Reading up, looks like you need ECMSpy and the cable for this. Forgive my ignorance, but is the idle speed manual, or do I need to do this with a laptop and cable?
