Octo- LOVING it! Punched the rear baffle on both stock pipes and it sounds like a 1960's cafe bike. Handles amazingly well and has a VERY comfortable seat.

I'd go with a small block-based engine just for the weight savings. You can get a SB to put out over 500 ft/lb and haul ass. Build for torque and hp will follow. My crate 350 dynoed at 380hp/420tq...
