I removed the two screws that attach the battery tray to the tail. Then you will have to smack the tray upwards while holding the tail cowl down. It should latch with no problems.

Added location, I only know of a few Buell riders in Las Vegas. I know there are more out there!!

I flashed the race map onto the ECM and it ran a little rough. So I made some adjustments and its running fine now. I am just running a modified race map for now.
