Depends. I don't know how the Twins shaft is drilled. I got mine from the other site and it is drilled for both tps. I changed mine from the updated '07 to the older '06 tps.
That tps is just a 1993 Mustang GT tps, not expensive and readily available. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/ford,1993,mustang,5.0l+v8,1134076,fuel+&+air,throttle+position+sensor+(tps),5136
If you loaded a new tune, then yes you need to do a TPS reset. I'm currently going thru something similar and have been following the thread with a lot of interest.
Or just add a link to your craigslist ad. https://annapolis.craigslist.org/mcy/d/stevensville-buell-xb9xs-2007/7475596498.html
No problem. Just hope it all helps you out.
I got it back in July. I PM'ed him on Bad Web. His email is gscam@att.net if that helps.

That is the link he sent on rebuilding...
I did get the shaft from Tootal. You can use a TPS from a '93 Mustang GT it is the same as the Buell early TPS. I got an early TPS from St. Paul but the Mustang works. I also changed my intake...
It is.

I don't know how people feel about linking to the other forum...
I found that a distributor clamp wrench works great on the front cylinder hex. Something like this Performance Tool W1189C SAE Offset Distributor Clamp Wrench...
