Hey 50dro, I want the black shorty levers with the red adjuster. I just want to make sure I order the right ones. I already have these levers and the spring broke on my clutch lever. if you could...
I pretty much ride every day unless it's to icy.
I was concerned about that also, the chain would be everywhere with that setup. It would be good if you could add an adjustable link instead of the spring.
Looks like it was fun, way to rep the buell. By the way.....the guy behind you has a headlight out also:D
I have the uclear hbc200 setup also...so far I really like it. The music is good but I had a hard time hearing people during phone calls. I went and bought the earbuds and love them, great sound and...
For me.....yes, I busted a bunch of belts(4). I really liked the belt drive for its quietness, cleanliness, smoothness. But I do track days and the belt would break on the 2nd to 3rd shift every...
Im in lake stevens and work in redmond.
If the ebr website shows up for you just click on the chain drive link on the upper right side of the page. I didnt need to do anything to my swingarm, but if my chain is loose it does touch the...

My bike just did the exact same thing. It ended up being the plug connection (77 plug) on my voltage regulator and a worn wire right next to the plug. Start with checking your battery connections...
Problem fixed, the 77 plug was melted and I found a bare wire.
I checked it and it was reading the correct voltage, so I figured my battery was bad. When I get home I'll run a test on the stator then the voltage regulator. Trust me...I want to know what is wrong...
FML.....welp it's obviously not the battery! I put a new one in last night, and now I sit on the side of the road while trying to get home from work with a super dead as **** battery! I might need to...
Might be a rock stuck in the belt?
It was a pretty warm day, and I was pushing it really hard. I checked the voltage last night and it was good. Probably just a bad battery... When I got to work this morning the battery was slow to...
I have the stuff off my bike when I did the chain conversion. The idler has new bearings also.

If my primary was low on oil could it cause my stator to malfunction? I went on a long ride last weekend and my bike lost its guages then died. I was able to charge my battery and make it home almost...
Man:(......that was a picture off the internet. My bike is a dirty pig, it's in dire need of a good cleaning.

I had an annoying rattle on decel and it ended up being my timing cover.

The rivits were super loose
I did the same thing:(....except it was at the store in front of a thousand people. First off the embarrassment sucks, but even worse is when a thousand people run over to ask if your OK!
I'm sure it gets ridden whenever you have the chance, your obviously a busy guy. I admire your exhaust work and taking the time to teach your son.
Hey there Dean, I know for a fact that bikes get super jelly if one is being ridden and the other one is left all alone:(. I'm sure that yellow one doesn't get out much... Cause look at it just...
Hhahahhaha
I third it, my bike ended up the same. I had to keep it on the tender everyday. I finally bought a new battery and now it starts without resetting the dash.
That doesn't look like a pulley cover screw. It looks like the bolts that hold on the part of the swing arm that you remove to replace the drive belt? Can you get a picture of a side shot?
*edit*...
