I agree with the Ogio, I have used one of the hardshell models for 2 years of commuting and it works great. No loose straps flapping around, super comfy, purpose made unit.

That would be a bummer, the Scoop is really a nice piece of work. I would say the fitment only up to the 07's unless someone else has more info.
