I would follow Buell's recommendations on break-in procedures. I think some manufacturers use mineral oil to speed up the break-in processes which has less lubricating properties than regular oil. So...
I have a 04 XB12R and in second gear can only do a roll-on wheelie while standing. I like to use the clutch but it can be rough on the clutch.
$ sent, I hope you received my payment! Thanks and thank you for your patience.

I have pilot powers 190 50 and I would say that is the biggest tire you will get without an kind of modifications. As far as the advantages and disadvantage's are concerned I'm not sure, but I don't...

I have a xb12r and weigh 210 and can wheelie in second with little effort. In second around 40 mph's at about 3000 to 4000 rpm slip the clutch it should come up. I would start slow and practice doing...
I want the 04 firebolt service manual. How would you like the payment?
I live in Cocoa, Florida.
I would be careful with the idea of running for the police. I think you would pay more in fines and jail time and here in Florida you can kiss your bike goodbye because it will be state property.

Hey Guys, I e-mailed clear alternatives http://www.clearalternatives.com/ about FWD flush mount turn signals. Seems like they might be willing to manufacture if there is enough interest to cover the...
I think any of the Buell models will be fine. The bikes power is very smooth unlike most inline fours that will build slow and kick in like a wild banshee. Get what you want, ride within your limits...
We could squeak a couple more mph's on the top end with the proper tire inflation! Just kidding I couldn't help myself. This thread needs to go away.
I'm not sure what the owners manual tells you on how to break in the motor. I think the most important would be to vary the RPM'S.
I was just on the Hal's speed shop page and was curious if this full street fairing would fit a 2004 XB12R. I was also concerned about engine heat as I life in Florida. Do you think that a full...
I was curious to see if anyone had installed flush mount turn signals on the front fairing of a XB12R. I want to get some flush mounts and just wanted to hear what type of brands that had been used...
I have Michelin Pilots and like them very much. I also have a 190 on the rear which is more for looks. I don't think there is much of a difference between the 190 and 180 handling wise. The 200 will...
Amen, Please quit bashing Buell bikes! It sounds like your problem was the dealer. Maybe not maybe the problem is you! I'm sorry your having problems, but most all of us are happy with are Buells....
