    Hi all from New Zealand
Love the 2006 Uly but the fan got to me. I made enquiries and got help from people to custom make my own right sided air intake to cool the rear pot. Took me about 14 hours from start to finish. Its bigger than the after market one by the look of the photos. Success. I Took it out on 2 rides so far over terrrain and distance that invariably started the fan after 10 - 20 mins depending on how I rode. With the new air intake attached, the fan didnt come on AT ALL during the rides and only came on (predictably) when killing the motor. Anyone interested in dealing to (or at least seriously reducing ) the fan activating let me know. e mail = kusel@xtra.co.nz
