Are you talking about the bleeder screw on the clutch cover? Post a picture
Hi team my 08 1125 has done 12500km and i run out of clutch fluid. it is coming out a weep hole on the right hand side and our HD dealer doesnt want to know about it. Is there an aftermaket kit or is there a way of contacting HD direct? Does any one know what the kit would cost? So much for waranty or is it just my dealer?

His was covered under warranty - 1125 Clutch Weeping
Thanks team for all your help:)
I agree with you all as i understand it this should still be covered under warranty. i brought my baby brand new and have been a very deligant dad to her, but with HD finishing with the Buell line it is like pulling teath to get any where these days :(
I know that there was some sort of seal kit to rememdy that. Since the weep is really minimal, like a class 1 leak, I just let it drip and fill the reservoir if I need to.
^^ it just gets worse- and pretty fast (and Fs up your boots). Here is a link to some other forum with part numbers etc. since you have the 2008, there is an upgrade available.

Do the google search on that site- there is a lot threads.
Thanks so much team, you are all awesome! Kindest Regards
Even with the Rev C kit these are still leaking.....
Forum member Brumbear had some seals made last year to his specs that he is still testing (as well as a few other members). I will be trying a set myself on both of my 1125R's.
I've just hit the same (or at least similar) issue. Got home today and the plug was missing from the clutch cover. Clutch would hardly disengage so it's clearly lost fluid.
Am I right in thinking the plug plays a role in holding hydraulic fluid in or is there a seal inside that should be doing that? (i.e. is the bike theoretically rideable without the plug?)
