Thought i would share this bit of news with you. I work in television and film production and i am working a new series called 'SLICED' It will be premiering April 22nd on the History Channel.
The show is basically all about slicing things open with beefed up powertools to figure out how things work inside. Everything from an airplane to an armored car gets sliced in half. Its really a fun show.
Ok. Now the cool news. One of the episodes will be Buell Motorcycles with Erik Buell slicing open some of his buells. It hasnt been shot yet but its slated as one of the last episodes in the season. Ill be sure to post pictures and let you guys know more about it when it gets closing to shoot time. Its gonna be cool.

So the shoot is scheduled for the the end of april.
It is going to be sad to slice a buell... But the bikes are so unique that they are really worth slicing to see how it all works inside.

i love the history channel. i can watch modern marvels for hours on end. can't wait to see this show. but kinda sad you have to cut up some perfectly good bikes. maybe just use some wrecked ones.
The uniqueness of the buell makes it a perfect candidate for a televised autopsy.
We all know we're gonna watch !:D
