What you're looking at is a modified FAST intake (or at least it looks a lot like the FAST intake I have on my bike). They're damn near impossible to find these days, and used to cost around 1000 bucks USD.

would a air-intake for a tuber (S1, X1, M2, S3) fit on a xb12sx

looks cool But I don't think you will get as much air with it facing backwards like that.
what is so special on a fast air intake?
its just a oder airfilter right?
can you get the same effect if you take the box off the original air filter ???
Its got a special aluminum velocity stack that replaces the stocker a special filter and a heat shield
i wanna look for a air filter but what diameter do i need? with and without the special aluminum velocity stack

The FAST intake, while maybe not worth the 1000-1200 it cost when it was being produced, is delicious. I'll never take mine off. It's about time for me to make a new heat shield because this one is getting ratty, but it's a killer aftermarket product.
F.A.S.T. Kit
Wish somebody could start producing some more of those. I would be all over one. Maybe if somebody posted some dimensions of that velocity stack and what k&n filter that is we could get somebody to fab something up..
