good luck getting that extra money for the accessories. charging extra for spark plugs you put on it? when you mod vehicles it doesn't add to the value. not to mention the gear wont even fit a lot of people.
I had my bike for sale in the wrong place so I added it here. The bike is located in central Illinois.
I checked the pay off and it is way lower then I thought. With only 20 miles on it I couldn't let it go for this. It's $6153. Maybe with out all the extra stuff... I could always try selling that on eBay.
What I have that could go with the bike is:
A cheap bike cover - $15.00
XB rider footpegs 1" drop - $29.00
American Sport Bike buckle gaurd - $15.00
American Sport Bike seat retention kit - $20.00
Two NGK plugs - $16.00
Buell Bolt gloves (L) - $28.00
Buell leather jacket (2XL) - $320.00
Buell "racing" gloves (L) - $40.00
Buell Adventure jacket (2XL) - $239.00
2008 1125R manual - $52.00
2009 1125 manual - $56.00
5 Buell caps - $50.00
Buell 1125CR "tall" handlebar kit - $204.00
5 oil filters, 11 "O" rings, 2 sets of washers - $68.00
That looks like $1152 worth of new stuff. Nothing has been used or worn yet. I picked up all of this over the winter to use this summer.
It looks like the bottom line would be... pay off the HD loan and give me $1150 and it's all yours. That would be around $7300 for a red CR with 20 miles on it and a boat load of stuff to go with it. Heck, if I could ride that would seem like a deal to me.

People are still buying brand new CR's for 6000 OTD.
I don't think you can expect anything you're trying to sell with the bike to increase the value at all. You'll be lucky if you get what you owe. Honestly.
Nobody wants that gear at MSRP. An whether or not it's NIB, once you've brought a bike home, or touched any of the merch, it's used.
I would say lower your asking price to what you owe, including all the gear, and see if you'll be more lucky that way.
And please don't play us for fools. We all know what the score is with these bikes. It looks like the bottom line would be... pay off the HD loan and give me $1150 and it's all yours. Here in CA, these CRs are all gone. If he was in CA and I had the money, I'd buy it. Maybe not all of the extras though
If he was in Cali& asking less we'd have to fight over it dave!:p
Nothing is on the bike. I bought this stuff over the winter to have. I'd like to sell it, but I don't have to.
Some of you have heard the story but... I broke my right foot and tore my left Achilles tendon. The break has healed but the tendon did not. It looks now like I will need more surgery and my riding season is done before it starts.
I just thought I would sell it to someone who will and can ride and enjoy it this summer. Not a big deal... I can just keep cleaning and waxing it.
Around here they are all gone. But... I have heard that there are still a few north of here. Prices seem to vary quite a bit. Some dealers have raised the price now that most are gone. It's to bad. On a fun to ride scale the Buell is right at the top.
Sorry to hear that you can't ride man, that sucks.
Good luck selling your stuff.
if none of your extras are on the bike yet, I'd throw them on ebay individually. I bet you could squeeze some cash out of the gear.
Good luck, and happy healing.
That is a good deal... if you post it in the right place it will sell at that price.
Sell the bike for Payoff then take the merch to ebay. Just sayin, you may have better luck.
That's probably the smartest thing to do. I would lowball like crazy on that stuff if I was a buyer.
