I'm going to go out on a limb and say the subfame, tail, underpan, and seat. Bolt it on put the guts in (figuring out how to mount them might be a task ) and go... swapping back would require the exact same. But I've never done it so there maybe more just going on what Ive seen of other swaps
I thought about doing that to my old (2008) Uly. I just went and traded it for an SS. Figured it would be far too expensive, and I like the streetfighter look better.

Why not go translucent for a one of a kind Uly?
I am looking to convert my ss to the uly tail. If you are close enough and interested we could meet up and do the swap in a day.
