I just purchased a new 09 XB12SS, took it out for the first time. Stopping after 66 miles, I noticed a little oily residue seeping from the clutch inspection cover. Did not appear to be dripping but I also noticed a little on the shifting rubber. Wondering if this is normal and if anybody else has had this problem? Could it be the gasket has not expanded yet? Or the lack of the harely techs to replace the gasket after checking the fluids?

Def not normal, sounds like a bad gasket. Put the bike in a stand and remove the inspection cover and inspect the gasket. Make sure the bolts are tight (t27)
