fuel pump, and fan not working?

fuel pump, and fan dont come on when i turn the key, fuses and relays are good, i tried with clutch in , and kickstand up, and still nothing, any help would be appreciated.

Have to ask, you checked the battery?

Also..a coupke of guys have had the same prob and determined it to be the kickstand switch/sensor or something. I'd search it for you, but I'm on my blackberry.
