Hey folks, back with another question. I have an 09 1125r and was wondering at what temp. does the radiator fans come on? It seems that mine come on about 170 degrees and stay on most of the time I am riding.Going down the road at 55-60 it runs about 178 and at long red lights it creeps up to 190. Just seems like they come on too soon. Thanks. Crewdog

Yeah, the fans seem to run pretty much all the time. I am curious how badly they are needed on the freeway. I doubt they do any good at all at speed but whatever. These things do run stupidly hot most of the time. I think the only time they are moving quickly enought to dissipate the heat effectively are at speeds that will get your license revoked.
