    I totally agree the vid needs to be revised.

    You bring up another point though. Why search for a specific 'Buell technician' at all?

    There are only a few things on the bike that are Buell only specific (like the ECM... front brake hardware...???). 100% of the maintenance can be done by ANY motorcycle mechanic (I'd find a V-twin guy) and 90-95% of any other work is identical to other bikes.

    If he can re-build forks, swap wheel bearings or bleed brakes, what makes a Buell different?

    what about the rear brakes removal for a fire bolt/thunderstorm?

    Remove appropriate bolts, change pads, re-install.

    Really is that simple. Just make sure you don't hit the brake while your changing pads of course.

    Thanks for the Oil change guide, it was verry helpfull! Makes me feel more like i can do things myself.

    It's not supposed to be listed in the manual as foot-pound. It's the correct spec but it's supposed to be inch-pounds.

    Or remember its a steel bolt in an aluminum swingarm, and the rubber o-ring is what seals it. Just tight enough to not leak is good enough, about hand tight and a half turn. It's not pipe threads so tighter isn't better...
