Is there a place I can find a summary of the gasket change process, including all the gaskets and their part numbers?
    Thanks!

Maintenance manual - don't think anybody has step by stepped the procedure, I did build a helpful hint section on the BADWEB that a lot of folks use.

    UPDATE**
I followd EZ's hilites and did the whole job in about 2 hours.
H-D couldn't get me a Buell rockerbox gasket, but they had plenty of Evo Sportster gaskets for $5.95.
The replacement gasket is metal coated with the red rubber.
Thanks for all the postings, both here and on Bad Weather Bikers.
