Did mine a while back. Took a band saw to it and put some gold leaf on the pully to change the look.

Might get another one sometime and change the design.

That pulley looks great. The goldleaf definitely gives it a nice look. That's probably my favorite one I've seen so far. I had thought about painting that bolt on washer, but I still think I'm gonna cover the whole pulley with something a little nicer looking, but you'll still get to see it spin.

Seeing how the belt guard actually fits around the pulley really helps too. That'll help me come up with a nice shape for mine.

Finally got around to finishing my pulley cover and taking a video. It's not 100% finished. I need to find a better picture, but I had this one laying around already. It'll most likely end up all black with the white pegasus outline logo, not the detailed picture I have. I'm happy with it for now though. I thought about various types of cage covers where you could see the actual pulley, but I think the lines of the bike are way too clean for how sloppy the pulley looks so I opted to just make a spinning cover. Here's a picture...

You can't see the gap around the cover in person. It's set back a little, and you can only see the gap that well because of the flash on the camera. Otherwise in person it almost looks like a solid cover. Unfortunately I don't know how to embed a video right, so I'll try, but I'm just going to post a link to it so you can click on it after I end up failing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EgLX_5DS38

Unfortunately the sun way going down, and the camera could've been closer, but technology isn't my thing, perhaps someone who knows what they're doing can take my link and embed it so it pops up in on this page....

and for anyone who's curious, it's a hawk exhaust

I have thought about cleaning up my front pulley and doing a clear piece in there instead of the carbon fiber, or maybe a spinning plate instead of cleaning it up like X has on his bike.

but I love my aluminum cover right now.

Delta: I thought about making one out of plexiglass, but I still thought the solid black piece would fit the bike better. I actually started cutting one out with the dremel, but I'm so impatient with plexiglass. It's so much faster/easier just to cut and grind a good piece of steel and paint it black.

    spud: glad you like it!

I made this cover for mine, and the cage around it.
