Timing cover

Will a timing cover off a blast fit a 12? They look the same.... any experience?

Don't know beyond someone cross-referencing part numbers - has it got one stamped on it somewhere.

If you are talking about the whole cam cover, like pictured above. The answer is no. The blast only uses two cams and there are no bushings for the other two cams on a twin. If you are talking about the round plastic cps sensor cover they will interchange.

There are bushings in the cover? That doesnt sound right... researching....

Loose1 is correct. Their are brass bushings/bearings on the inside of the cover that the cams set in. The blast is a single cylinder and only uses a exhaust and a intake cam on the front side of the cam cover. The XB uses four cams and the rear two brass bushings will not be there on the blast cam cover. Hope that clears it up?

Crap.... I already bought it.... FML... I should have posted this before I bought it. oh well, it was cheap.
