Feeler: ECMspy iPhone App

I'm looking to see who all would be interested in an ECMspy iPhone App. I have had every iPhone since the first, I fix them and buy and sell them, so I figured why not develop for them too. I have a few other buddies that would probably pitch in, but first I want to see how big of a demand there would be for it before all that time goes into it. Also, there would be two ways to distribute it: 1. Pay Apple yearly (afer approved) to have it put on the App Store, or 2. Put it on Cydia or Rock and only be available thru jailbroken ipods and iphones.

Jailbreaking is super easy now. http://www.jailbreakme.com/ straight from your iphone or ipod. It jailbreaks it directly from the web, but is limited to every version of iOS except the newest 4.0.2

this is on my new iphone 4 but I already have it jailbroken. Also, off-topic, tomtom for the iphone kicks ass, it's an actually gps so never again will i use the damn google map app.

yea I know its only if they find out but with how crazy apple is I figure there must be a way for them so look and see if you have done it.

I only worry more because I payed for the extra protection plan and don't want 80 bucks to go down the drain.

wish I could claim it, but no, it wasn't me. I'm sure we could do some buell stuff too I'm sure

it does not hurt the phone, and it's completly legal now thanks to our government. Apple will just restore it back to factory software, which will unjailbreak it, and if the problem is still there then they will fix it. Best bet is to just follow all steps to be able to unjailbreak it for warranty issues. I will put a how-to up for jailbreaking and un-jailbreaking on my website if anyone would be interested.
