Has anyone made their D&D louder?

I would like my D&D to be louder. Does anyone know what the internals are like on one of these?

the internals aren't much, the only real way to get much louder would be straight pipe it.

mine has gotten quiter since i got to.or maybe its my hearing has gotten worse :D

Nvm found out the D&D is leaking at the header. Maybe why it sounds like caca

leak at the header would do it! i agree with anrkizm95, i swear mine has gotten quieter, but its probably my hearing getting worse.
