I can get them through Buell, as well as any other dealer linked to Buell. They might tell you they cant, but they are just to lazy to hunt the part numbers down. If you need part numbers, let me know, Ill shoot em to ya

Why do you want to convert to a chain? I mean a chain is ok.....but why not switch your 03 belt to a new one. You can get the kits. Kinda pricey but a much cleaner final drive. But.....that's just my opinion.

I just installed a 530 conversion kit from Saintly Cycles. It includes primary and rear sprockets, adjustable idler (choice of roller or sprocket idler wheel) and a decent Tsubaki O-ring 530 chain for $240. Direct bolt-on.

Hey xoptimizedrsx,I read that your bike is old and the belts are getting costly, but is there any issue with the rpm's? I have a 2003 XB9R, and I spin 4000rpm at 80 mph, seem's kinda high to me.Is this something that you are experiencing?
