Was it tuned with a different set up? Was it tuned with your current set up, but your changing the muffler? If the later is correct, your probly fine. Ride it and see how it performs.

Alright guys. So as of now, i have an 04 xb12r with a TI-FORCE exhaust ( complete system ). I want to keep the head pipe, have a 2 into 1 collector made w/a midpipe running to a werkes g.p. style slip-on. I do have a race ecm that has been tuned by Team Latus Harley/buell and a K&N. I guess what my question is, What, if any precautions do i need to take and what would i need to do as far as map/tuning go?

nothing has been changed yet. still running the ti-force set up. Yes, i will be changing the muffler and adding a midpipe from the header. Will it be as simple as just installing and re-tuning?
