I feel if the peg is trimmed slightly it might work with the fender on or if the angle was slightly different

anyone mod a T-rex so you don't need to remove the front fender? Pics if you did!

Just bought a set from MJ Moto and same issue,,, the angle of the pin is about 45 degrees,,, when it should be about 20 degrees. Just sent them a message and waiting to see what there answer is,,, I don't want to take the front fender off either. That is just a dumb requirement IMO.
Wish I would have found this post a few days ago. I will post the answer / solution as soon as I can figure it out. May just bend the pin for the correct angle.

Does the pin angle look like 45 degrees,,, or more like 20 degrees to match the head rake ?

Well, never heard from MCMoto so I modified it and it works great now. Had to elongate the pin hole so the pin would angle up to the same angle as the head.
I did not have to grind the pin,,, 18 works fine.

The front triple stand fitment on mine looks exactly like your last picture. If I paid $150 for a front triple stand though, personally, I would not be doing any modifications on it. That thing better fit like a glove or back to the store it goes.......but that's just me.
