There's a post on here about that, but in essence, you go to Lowes/Home Depot and get a pair of plastic plugs for automotive trim. They're generally cheaper than any auto parts place. Here's mine...
I have an 08 xb12s and I want to take the mirrors off to put different ones on. While looking at how their attached I see the whole bracket is part of the clutch handle and the front brakes. How do I take it all off so its a clean look instead of having the holes where the mirrors were?

Can get these from the HD stealership: N0001.B - $.30/each
OR just a generic "Christmas tree" hole plug from a Hardware store.
Edit: What ^he^ said too
Are you interested in selling the stock mirrors? I'd buy. Send me a PM if interested.
Thanks guys for the ideas.
Ok, with the HD dealership ones, how the hell do you take them out. I'm looking for something I can plug up but eventually take out. This wasn't meant to be permanent.
grab twist and pull
This is how I cleaned mine up......
