I can't believe he's alive. I dont see a single piece of that bike that isn't destroyed.
If that was me, I'd frame all of those pictures and hang them in sequence. He's got a story for life.
repairable???
hmmm, think not.
but check this out. sent by a friend who lives up that way...
"On Saturday morning we set off out of Walcha and headed into Gloucester for morning tea and then straight onto Bucketts Way towards Krambach....
..... I never made it that far. Taking a Double Apex left hander I collected a Timber Jinker heading the other way and so the story goes."
Before...
After...
"Damage?
-Fractured right ankle.
-Broken right toe.
-Broken right collar bone.
-Shattered right wrist.
-Shattered right humorous.
-Soft tissue damage left & right.
And one sorely missed bike."
WOW, HUH!

yeah, i think he was lucky to bounce off hte roo bar, rather than go under with the bike.
Crap!
Not only did it get obliterated by the road and the truck but it caught on fire too!
+1 to smacking the roo bar, it broke the right side if his body but the truck would have crushed his WHOLE body, especially if he had gotten pinned between the bike and either the truck or the road.
Sounds like he will ride again
Glad those weren't fatality pics
Yep...we make em tough DownUnder...........
Its the sun ya gotta watch out for in this neck of the woods!!!!!!
HOLY CRAP !!!! With all that destruction i thought we'd see a body bag for sure! That is one LUCKY dude ! Probably needs a new pair of underwear.
Wow, FUBAR.
wow he got pretty messed up but id still consider him lucky. looks like he was driving on the wrong side of the road? arent they supposed to drive on the left in Australia?
Wow, my best friend went down while we were doing about 120 last August and his bike didn't look nearly that bad. Very lucky to be alive
