Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. :D
There is a guy on BWB with the handle, ezblast. He is very knowledgeable on the blast. He might be on this forum too, I just don't know.
I don't know but you should definitely try! The blast motor is basically an xb9 motor with one cylinder, so that would be great if all the mounting points to the motor and front cylinder were the same. The blast has a carb sticking out of the back of the cylinder, and the xb9/12s have the throttle bodies sticking straight up, so not only would you probably run into issues with the shape of the blast frame where it went over the motor, but the gas tank would be in the way too. You could potentially mount some carbs from a tuber with the air filter sticking out of the side. That would probably save you a lot of trouble from having to do all of the FI wiring.
Here's a pic of the Blast frame
Wish I could be of more help
Unless you are completely obssessed with the Blast body and style than i would try to invest in all the time money and stress trying to make the xb motor fit. Completely different design. You would need to prbably switch to a carberater design and fab a rear motor mount. Not to mention the oil is in the sing arm of the xb.
When all is said and done you could have bought an xb that would made for the motor AND customize it to be bad ass. Just my opinion :)
